WELCOME TO LANDLORDLINKS. We (LandlordLinks.Net) hope you find it useful. By accessing or otherwise interacting with our servers, services, websites, or any associated content/postings (together, “LL”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“TOU”) (last updated January 10, 2019 29, 2017). You acknowledge and agree LL is a private site owned and operated by LandlordLinks. If you are accessing or using LL on behalf of a business, that business agrees to the TOU. If you do not agree to the TOU, you are not authorized to use CL. We may modify the TOU at any time in our sole discretion. You are responsible for periodically checking for changes and are bound by them if you continue to use LL.

Fees are non-refundable, even for posts we remove, delay, omit, re-categorize, re-rank, or otherwise moderate. We may refuse any posting.

LICENSE. If you agree to the TOU and (1) are of sufficient age and capacity to use LL and be bound by the TOU, or (2) use LL on behalf of a business, thereby binding that business to the TOU, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable license to use LL in compliance with the TOU; unlicensed use is unauthorized. You agree not to display, “frame,” make derivative works, distribute, license, or sell, content from LL, excluding postings you create. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, unlimited, worldwide, fully paid/sublicensable license to use, copy, display, distribute, and make derivative works from content you post.

USE. Unless licensed by us in a written agreement, you agree not to use or provide software (except general purpose web browsers and email clients) or services that interact or interoperate with LL, e.g. for downloading, uploading, creating/accessing/using an account, posting, emailing, searching, or mobile use. You agree not to copy/collect LL content via robots, spiders, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated or manual equivalent (e.g., by hand). Misleading, unsolicited, and/or unlawful postings/communications/accounts are prohibited, as is buying or selling accounts. You agree not to post content that is prohibited by any of CL’s policies or rules referenced above (“Prohibited Content”). Prohibitive Content includes any post by a real estate agent or a real estate broker unless that real estate agent or real estate broker is posting their own apartment/property for rent. Or is looking for a space for their own personal use. Prohibitive content is also any lewd or obscene graphics or words, any posts that solicit directly or in coded fashion for any illegal service exchanging sexual favors or other valuable consideration. Prohibitive content is any material that exploits minors in any way. Prohibitive content is any material that in any way constitutes or assists in human trafficking. Prohibitive content is any post for products or services, use or sale, which is prohibited by any law or regulation.

You agree not to send email, voice messages, text messages, faxes for solicitation of any other product or service to a user of this Service (LL) unless the user has granted permission in their ad or otherwise allowed contact for solicitation.

You agree not to use any automated device, spider, robot, crawler, data mining tool, software or routine to access, copy, or download any part of the Service unless expressly permitted by us.

You agree not to send messages or engage in disruptive or damaging activities online, including excessive use of scripts, sound waves, scrolling, or use of viruses, bots, worms, time bombs, trojan horses or any other disruptive element.

You agree not to use the Service to engage in or assist another individual or entity to engage in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or illegal activity.

You agree not to collect LL user information or interfere with LL. You agree we may moderate LL access/use in our sole discretion, e.g., by blocking, filtering, re-categorizing, re-ranking, deleting, delaying, holding, omitting, verifying, or terminating your access/license/account. You agree (1) not to bypass said moderation, (2) we are not liable for moderating or not moderating, and (3) nothing we say or do waives our right to moderate, or not.

Fair Housing:

All real estate advertising is subject to Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (Fair Housing Act), as amended. Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (Fair Housing Act), as amended, prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing-related transactions, based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status (including children under the age of 18 living with parents or legal custodians, pregnant women, and people securing custody of children under the age of 18), and handicap (disability). We will not knowingly accept any real estate advertising which is in violation of any applicable law. Users are hereby informed that all dwellings advertised on the Service are available on an equal opportunity basis. To complain of discrimination call HUD toll-free at 1-800-669-9777. Posting of Ads:

You understand that each time you post an ad on the Service or otherwise use the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you acknowledge that we may send you e-mail messages telling you about offers listed on the Service, or related services provided by our affiliates and partners. You understand and agree that such communications are part and parcel of your registration for and use of the Service; if you do not wish to receive further communications from us (or our affiliates and partners), you may cancel your registration by sending a cancellation notice to rentals@landlordlinks.net by unsubscribing from our mailing list at any time using the link in any of our mailings.


We assume no responsibility for the accuracy, currency, completeness, or usefulness of information, views, opinions, or advice in any material contained on the Service. In addition, we do not endorse any opinions or recommendations posted by others. Any information posted on the Service is the responsibility of the person or persons originating the message. Any user who violates these Terms of Use may be permanently banned from posting ads or using the Service. You understand that all Content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are solely the responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. You understand that we do not control, and are not responsible for Content available on the Service. You agree that we do not have the obligation to pre-screen, monitor, or approve any Content, but that we shall have the right, but not the obligation to remove, move (including moving an ad or posting to another section or category within the classifieds), refuse, edit, or delete any Content for any reason whatsoever. We shall not be responsible for any interaction between you and the other users of the Service. Your dealings with others through the Service are solely between you and such other parties. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any goods, services, resources, or content available through such third party dealings or communications, or for any harm related thereto. We are under no obligation to become involved in any disputes between you and other users of the Service or between you and any other third parties.

You agree that our service is a venue for posters and users of the Service. In the event that you have a dispute with any user of the Service, you agree that we are under no obligation to become involved. You further agree to release us from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising out of or in connection with such dispute.

You are entirely responsible and liable for any Content you post or any Content that is posted by any person authorized to use your e-mail account or computer system.
